To ensure safe delivery for ceramic mugs and drinkware, a Protective-Pack box will be used. Our Protective-Pack cartons are designed and approved by UPS. Special rates have been negotiated with UPS for this program. In the event that you decline the use of our Protective-Pack box or specify a carrier other than UPS, it is understood that HIT® PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY BREAKAGE CLAIMS.
